  •  Hormone-supportive nutrition to reduce inflammation and fuel your progress

  •  1 or 2 sessions per week (we assess together)

  •  Progress checked and adapted every 6 weeks

  •  Virtual-first; limited in-person availability

Strong Again programs include simple, evidence-based nutrition tips, such as how to use phytoestrogens (like flaxseed and tofu) to reduce hot flashes, and protein timing to maintain muscle and support blood sugar stability.
