    I specialize in helping women move out of burnout and back into strength, so their health supports the life and career they’ve built.

    Hormonal changes affect your metabolism, muscle, energy, sleep, and recovery. That’s why what used to work like eating less, exercising more, pushing harder, often stops working or even backfires.
